I read "The Hiding Place" for the first time as a teenager and have read it maybe once or twice since then. I re-read both "The Hiding Place" and its predecessor, "A Prisoner and Yet" at the close of 2019 and was deeply impacted. While I would say that I had admired Corrie Ten Boom for most of my life, having a little more life experience in my 40's than I did in my teens has made her a definite hero of the faith for me, personally. This artwork is my tribute to Corrie. God uses all circumstances for His glory and I feel certain she would be pleased to hear me say that I'm grateful for her experiences as they are still ministering to Christians decades later.
This coffee mug features my original watercolor illustration of Corrie Ten Boom, along with the following quote:
"If God has called you, do not spend time looking over your shoulder to see who is following you."
The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, and is great for hot or cold liquids. The interior and handle are both colored pink. It holds approximately 15 oz. of liquid.
