My husband and son are Lord of the Rings fans and this mug was "commissioned" by my son. There is a special friendship between Frodo and Samwise that is inspiring to readers the world over. When one is weak, the other holds him up and keeps him focused on what lies before him. Working our way through life can be a hard thing at times, and everyone needs a Samwise Gamgee to keep them going.
This mug features my original watercolor portrait of Frodo on the one side and Samwise on the opposite. The following quote is included on the side portion of the mug: "There's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for."
The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, and is great for hot or cold liquids. It features a green colored interior and handle and holds approximately 11 oz of liquid.
